it isnt saving the folders, just files in root.

Hi, I have juste tested it under Win 7 x64 backing up to a network share and had no problem.
What is your configuration ?
I mean :
- Local operating system
- Mounted drive OS (if the source drive is a pulled drive)
- Backup destination

it wasnt copying an empty folder as i added files mine worked as well

Ok, if the folder was empty, this is a normal behavior.
