[SOLVED] Restore issue

Hi,
Used Autobackup lots of times but have had an issue restoring tonight..

Right clicked Autobackup6Pro.exe & ran as Admin, selected Restore Data, entered the backup location & selected the user account to restore to but could not go any further as "Next" was greyed out..

Anybody got any ideas?

Regards

Re: [SOLVED] Restore issue

Just had a thought regarding this, the backup is from a Windows 8 system and restoring to a windows 7, could this be the issue?

Hi,
No that does not explain this.
Did you select the archive folder when you specified the backup folder? If so, you may try to uncheck the target account name and recheck it back. Then the next button should be enabled.

Re: [SOLVED] Restore issue

Thanks Fab for the quick reply, no I only selected the root folder ie e:\customer backups\John as i always do but when i selected the archive e:\customer backups\John\2015-04-15\John\archive Next is clickable, very strange as I've never had to do this before...
Think I may have found the issue.. i don't think I've backed up up multiple profiles before so haven't had to select the profile to restore..

Thank for your help smile
