Nothing worse than leaving fabs unattended whilst I go out on a job only to come back and find it the "Found duplicate" popup box has appeared and asking me would I like to skip, overwrite etc because when this happens the program pauses until I make choice.
What would be nice is, if it kept processing the other tasks copy in the queue in the background and just left the duplicates for me to decide when I get back, instead of currently me deciding and then the program unpausing and moving to the next tasks.

Hi,
there is noting to fix here since there is already a menu you can set before running the job. You can find it at the bottom of the job summary on the right. You can set how the program will deal with file conflicts :
- Ask me what to do (the one that you do not want)
- Keep both (rename current file)
- Keep newest
- Overwrite
- Skip
That should do the trick.
