[SOLVED] Windows 10 missing user folders

Today we have a system that was upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and needed 7 reinstalled to work again. We did an image backup with Macrium Reflect, mounted the image in read/write, and tried to run Fabs to backup the user info.
The problem we are facing is that fabs doesn't see any of the standard user folders by default, but can see them fine if you go under the extra/optional files. We did verify that the folders exist in the image manually as well.
So we were wondering if anyone else has run into this or has any thoughts on what might be causing this.

Re: [SOLVED] Windows 10 missing user folders

Hi,
I have just tested that with win 10 pro 64 bit and the latest Macrium Reflect Free. I could use the Fab's AutoBackup transfer feature smoothly with the image. I checked both read/write and enable acces to restricted folders boxes when I mounted the image.
Backup feature worked fine as well.

Thank you for testing that. It may just be how the windows install broke that made the backup goofy for us. Your time is very much appreciated.
