AutoBackupRoot

To use AutoBackup 6 Pro I pull the drive from the system I want to backup and attach it to my bench PC. I then point AutoBackup to the drive and off I go. Previously it had a variable in the backup location, %AutoBackupRoot% I think it was. I can't get that to work any more. I downloaded an update today and was hoping the update would address that. Is this the intended behavior or is this a bug? Thanks!

Re: AutoBackupRoot

Hi,
This is not a bug. This variable is only supposed to be used in the AutoBackup.ini configuration file, not in the program's interface. Just use the regular path in this field and the program will convert it in the configuration file if needed.

Re: AutoBackupRoot

I have sent a test build to you. The way the program handles saved path with variables has been reverted to how it used to work.
Let me know if it does the trick for you.
