Launched Autobackup7Pro on customer’s Windows 10 PC and I see it “running” in the Task Manager but the GUI doesn’t launch. Tried “As Administrator.” No change.
Any suggestions?

It may be hanging while trying to access the internet (looking for updates) before it shows up. There may be an issue with this (proxy, captive portal?). You could try to totally disconnect it from the network then reload the program or make sure that this machine can access the internet.
